My tray project...

2-Tiered Altered Tray, originally uploaded by artbyheather.

So...I found this cheap tiered tray at a thrift store for a couple of bucks...and figured I'd alter it to use at my art shows. I like the way it turned out...although I think I would have done more if it wasn't going to be covered with stuff to sell! I'm going to go back and see if there are any more trays available...maybe add a few more elements to the trays to add interest. I have so much fab ephemera to use...I want to pile it on! Less is more...less is more...less is more...
Trays like these may show up in my etsy shop!

Hi, I found you by way of your vintage photos on Flickr (thank you, again, btw!) - and thought I would stop by, both to let you know, the use for the photo I 'borrowed' - it will be used as a badge for a Bloglandia event -June Honeymoon - toasting brides and grooms (in whatever manner each person interprets that theme) -- and to invite you to participate, if you're interested.
Also, wanted to let you know, I like your altered trays - what a cool idea!

It is extremely interesting for me to read that post. Thanx for it. I like such themes and everything connected to them. I would like to read more on that blog soon.

Cool story you got here. I'd like to read more concerning this theme. The only thing I would like to see on that blog is some pics of any devices.
